Inventory Receipt & Storage

We receive and securely store all individual components of your kits in our organized, climate-controlled warehouse. Each SKU is tracked through our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accuracy and full inventory visibility.

Kit Assembly Instruction

You provide clear assembly guidelines for how your kits should be built - whether it’s promotional bundles, subscription boxes, or product samples. We work with you to confirm specifications, packaging materials, and quality expectations before production begins.

Quality Check
& Inventory Update

Each completed kit undergoes a quality control check before being moved into inventory as a finished good, ready for fulfillment. Our system updates in real time, giving you accurate visibility into available stock.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Once your kits are ready, we ship them directly to your customers, retailers, or distribution centers. We offer flexible shipping solutions to meet your specific needs - either B2B or DTC (domestic & international).
